Survivin及Bak蛋白在人脑胶质瘤的表达及相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨Survivin及Bak蛋白在人脑胶质瘤的表达,并分析二者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法(SP法),检测Survivin及Bak蛋白在80例人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达,与10例正常脑组织进行对照。结果Survivin及Bak蛋白在人脑胶质瘤组织阳性表达率分别为62.50%、63.75%,明显高于正常脑组织阳性表达率(P<0.05),其中在Ⅰ和Ⅱ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ级胶质瘤间表达无显著性差异(P>0.05),在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ、Ⅳ级之间阳性表达率有显著性差异(P<0.05),Survivin及Bak蛋白在人脑胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.4303,P<0.05)。结论Survivin及Bak蛋白在人脑胶质瘤的发生发展中起拮抗作用,二者可以作为肿瘤相关抗原来诊断和治疗胶质瘤。 Objective To study the expression of survivin and Bak protein in glioma and the relationship between them. Methods Expression of survivin and Bak protein were detected by immunohistoehemical method(SP) in 80 cases of glioma, compared with that in 10 cases of normal brain tissue. The correlation between them was analyzed. Results As compared with normal brain tissue, the expression rates of survivin(62. 50% ) and Bak protein(63.75% ) in glioma were much higher (P 〈0. 05). The positive rates of survivin and Bak protein in glioma were higher in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ than in grade Ⅰand Ⅱ ( P 〈 0. 05 ). But the significant difference was not found between grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ , Ⅱand Ⅲ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ in glioma. There was a significantly negative correlation between the expression of survivin and Bak protein ( r =-0. 4303, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion survivin and Bak protein may play an important role in pathogenesis of glioma, They may have an antagonistic role in formation and progression of glioma.
