摘要
采用60Co-γ辐照技术,研究了0,60,140,500,1200,2000和4000 kG y不同辐照剂量对烟梗化学成分的影响。采用常规化学分析定量方法,分析不同辐照剂量处理后烟梗的水溶性总糖、还原性糖、多酚、总氮、烟碱、氨基酸的含量。结果表明,不同辐照剂量处理后烟梗中的水溶性总糖含量明显增加,提高了8.4%~87.1%,除60 kG y剂量外,其余各辐照剂量处理与对照差异显著;辐照组多酚含量明显高于对照组,差异显著;而烟梗中还原性糖、总氮、烟碱及氨基酸的含量辐照前后无明显差异。
^60Co-γirradiation technique was applied to study different doses of irradiation (0, 60, 140, 500, 1200, 2000 and 4000 kGy) on chemical components in stem of tobacco. Contents of the total soluble sugar, reductive sugar, polyphenol, total nitrogen, total alkali and amino acid were analyzed. The results indicated that content of total soluble sugar was increased by 8.4%-87.1% after irradiation, and significant differences were observed except for 60 kGy treatment. After irradiation, content of polyphenol was increased significantly, while contents of reductive sugar, total nitrogen, total alkali and amino acid changed unconspicuously.
