高摩尔质量双酚A型聚芳酯的合成工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 在相转移催化剂存在的条件下,以间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)、对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)、双酚A(BPA)为原料,通过界面缩聚合成了一系列聚芳酯。研究了相转移催化剂的种类及用量、单体的物质的量比、有机溶剂的种类和用量、反应温度等对聚合物对数比浓黏度(ηinh)的影响。并用FT-IR、1HNMR、DSC等对聚合物的结构表征和性能测试。结果表明:TPC/IPC的物质的量比为(30~70)/(70~30)时,PAR的玻璃化温度(Tg)为208~229℃,熔融塑化温度为280~320℃,且随着TPC配比的增加而逐渐提高。 A serials of bisphenol-A polyarylesters were synthesized by means of interfacial polycondensation of isophthaloylchloride (IPC) and paraphthaloylchloride (TPC) with bisphenol-A (BPA), which was catalyzed by phase transfer catalyst. The effects of the content and type of the catalyst, the molar ratio of monomer, the content and type of organic solvent, and synthesis temperature on the logarithmic viscosity (ηinh) of the copolymer were studied. The streeture and property of the copolymers were characterized and tested by means of FT-IR,1^H NMR and DSC. The results showed when the molar ratio of TPC to IPC in the range of (30 - 70)/(70 - 30), the glass transition temperature and melting temperature of the copolymer were in the range of 208 - 229 ℃ and 280 320 ℃, and increased with the increase of the amount of the molar ratio of TPC.
