摘要
"水"是法国当代作家勒·克莱齐奥最擅长描写的一种自然意象,是其作品中出现频率最高的子题。作家作品中"水"有诸多呈现形式和不同的象征意义。"水"是一种赋有灵性的物质存在,它灵动、多变,承载着人物的命运和幻想,既代表生,又代表死,在人物的想象世界起着或积极或消极的作用。"水"随心转,人在自身深处具有流水的命运,而人对水的遐想是无止境的。
Jean - Marie Gustave Le Clézio, the contemporary French writer, has a genius for portraying water as the prevailing natural image in his novels. The present thesis makes an analysis of the various forms of water presented in Le Clézio＇s novels in order to reveal its symbolic meaning. The flexible and changeble water, as a wonderful physical existence, embodies characters＇destinies and illusions and, with its positive or negative function, represents both life and death. The destiny of running water exists in the depths of human beings who chefich boundless reverie about water.
