摘要
研究了大孔树脂吸附法分离纯化三七总皂苷的工艺,利用3种不同类型的树脂对三七总皂苷的静态吸附-洗脱性能的效果进行了试验,确定选用洗脱率高达89.5%的D101型树脂。再根据选用的D101型树脂对洗脱溶媒的选择、吸附容量的确定、洗脱溶媒的用量等纯化工艺条件参数进行了研究和验证试验,最后确定了最佳工艺条件。
Three types of resin were used to test the static absorption--effect of elution, and the results showed that D101 has the highest eluted ratio of 89.5%. The technical parameters of PNS with D101 macroporous resin were studied by verifying quantities of eluent and adsorbance etc. This technique provides optimum conditions for the separation and purification of PNS.
