摘要
基于国家电网公司20项输电工程的造价数据,运用相关分析基本理论,改进工程造价概算指标,在此基础上应用新的造价指标对输电工程造价进行预测。将预测结果与用BP神经网络模型预测的结果进行比较,验证了该方法的有效性和可推广性。
Based on the cost data of 20 transmission projects in State Grid Corporation of China, the budget estimate factor of projects cost is improved by the basic theory of correlation analysis. Based on which, the transmission projects cost is estimated with new cost index,its estimating result is compared with the forecasting result obtained by BP neural network. Finally, the effectiveness and generalization of this method are validated.
