摘要
9万t/a碳四抽提丁二烯装置是兰州石化公司自行开发、技术成熟的乙腈法抽提丁二烯技术,通过乙腈做溶剂,采用两步萃取精馏、两步普通精馏的方法分离丁二烯产品。在实际生产运行过程中,通过技术改造与优化,产品丁二烯能够满足下游工序生产要求,副产抽余碳四的质量能够满足1-丁烯和MTBE装置的技术要求。
The technical remoulding of a 90 kt/a butadiene extraction was separated through two stage extractive distillation and two stage vent. The quality of butadiene product could meet the process demand meet the technical demand of 1 - butylene and MTBE plant through plant were introduced. The product of butadiene ordinary distillation bu using acetonitrile as sol- of next working procedure and raffinate C4 could technical remoulding and optimization.
