摘要
通过光学显微镜研究了六盘山鸡爪大黄根的解剖结构特征.观察结果表明,六盘山鸡爪大黄根的初生结构在横切面上由外至内依次为表皮、皮层、中柱,初生木质部为典型的四原型;次生结构自外至内为周皮、次生皮层薄壁组织和次生维管组织,为一般的双子叶植物根的结构,在根的次生结构中次生木质部占主导地位.其结构、特征与同属植物掌叶大黄根初生结构中木质部为三原型,次生结构中木间木栓的形成有明显差异.
The anatomical structure of the roots of Rheum tanguticum Maxim. et Balf. var.liupanshanense Cheng et kao was studied by using light microscope technology. The results showed that the primary structure of the roots were composed of epidermis, cortex and stele from the outer to the inner in turn on the transaction, the number of the primary xylem of roots were typical tetrarch. The secondary structure of the roots included periderm, secondary cortex parenchyma and secondary vascular tissue from the outer to the inner, and the secondary structure of roots were similar to that of dicotyledons ,while the secondary xylem dominants in the secondary structure of the roots. Its structure was different from that of Rheum palmatum L, of which the number of the primary xylem is triarch and the secondary structure formates the interxylary cork.
