摘要
随着电子邮件在企业中的广泛应用,许多企业对雇员的电子邮件进行监视,侵犯雇员电子邮件隐私权的事件不断增多。企业和雇员电子邮件隐私权冲突背后的实质是企业利益和雇员权益的冲突。从企业和雇员的角度分析各方的利益,提出企业雇员电子邮件隐私权法律保护的建议。
With wide use of e-mails in enterprises, employers often monitor employees＂ e-mails＇. The cases of employers violating employees＂ e-mail privacy right are increasing. The essential matter of this issue is interests and rights confrontation between employers and employees. This thesis, from employer＇s and employee＇s aspects, analyzes the different interests and rights of them, and provides suggestions of how to protect enterprise employees＇e-mail privacy right by law.
