摘要
发电厂、变电所一次设备,是直接生产、变换、传输和分配电能的主要设备,介绍在安装调试一次设备的过程中在严格按照国家标准规范进行施工的前提下,创新性地开发、借鉴和引用新型的施工工艺和施工方法,以保证发电厂、变电所一次设备的可靠运行。
The primary equipments for the power plants and transformer substations are applied to manufacture, transform, tranfer and distribute the electric power. So in the process of installing and adjusting the primary equipments, the construction process must strictly abide by the national criteria, and the present construction techniques and methods should be creatively developed and used so as to guarantee reliable operation of primary equipments.
