摘要
随着车辆电子数字化进程的不断推进,车辆上精密电子设备越来越多,研究如何减少电磁因素造成的干扰,提高系统自身抗干扰能力,保证电子设备正常协同工作具有重要意义。在介绍电磁干扰及辐射和地线干扰机理的基础上,从印制电路板设计、地线设计、隔离技术和电源干扰抑制方面研究了硬件干扰抑制技术,从数字滤波、冗余、软件陷阱和软件测试技术方面对软件抗干扰机理进行了研究。在此基础上,完成了某车辆控制系统电磁兼容设计。经过台架和实车试验,验证了系统设计的正确性和可靠性。
With the continuous advance of vehicle electronic digitized progress, there are more and more precision electronic equipments in the vehicle. It has very important meaning to study on how to reduce the interference from electronmagnetic factor, to improve system itself anti-jamming capability, and to en- sure electronic equipments of the system to normally work. Based on description of electronmagnetic dis- turbance and radiation as well as mechanism of GND interference, the restrained technology of the hard- ware interference was studied from the ranges of circuit board design, GND design, insulated technology and power interference restrained aspects, and the software anti-interference mechanism was also studied from the ranges of digital filter, redundancy, software trap and software testing technical aspects. Based on this, the design of electronmagnetic compatibility in the vehicle control system was accomplished. Through the pedestal and actual vehicle experiments, the system design was verified, and the result showed that the system design is accuracy, reliable and creditable.
