摘要
基于华中电力调度交换网的实际情况,对未来将其升级成软交换调度交换网的技术方案给出了建议,分析了升级为软交换方案后的调度交换网将具备的视频通信、音视频会议及数据通信等功能,新方案也将大大提高调度业务的灵活性。
Based on the current situation of dispatching switch network of Central China electric power grid, a soft-switch solution for future network is suggested in the paper. With this solution, the dispatching switch network will be upgraded with many new functions such as video communication, audio/video conference and data communication. As a result, the convenience and flexibility for dispatching services will be greatly improved.
