摘要
设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的多点随机振动测试系统,对矿井提升机进行状态监测与故障分析。介绍了振动测试系统的硬件组成及软件结构,并通过分析采集的数据对提升机传动系统进行了故障诊断。
Introduced a design of the system of multi-point random vibration testing based on virtual instrument,it can be used to monitor condition and diagnose fault for mining hoisting gear.The hardware and software are discussed.A diagnosis were made to the driving system of hoisting gear according to the collected data.
