摘要
从员工培训的重要性和有效性出发,在总结培训的理念与模式、培训内容与形式、培训执行与管理等环节的基础上,分析影响培训效果的各方面原因,提出有效培训管理的特征,为企业进行有效的各类员工培训管理提供参考。
Following the importance and effectiveness of employee training, on the basis of the review of employee training idea and mode, contents and style, implementing and management, the causes affecting the employee training results were analyzed and characteristics of effective training management were proposed in the paper. Thus it can provide references for enterprises to have effective employee trainings.
