通过对一般固态高功放的主要组成进行等效划分,使复杂的设备呈现出清晰的信息流程,并运用逐级噪声分析法,对功率合成的固态高功放进行了完整的收带噪声功率计算和分析。同时进一步深层次地理解和分析了影响固态高功放收带噪声功率的主要因素,找到了降低和减小固态高功放收带噪声功率输出的关键所在及其理论依据。
