摘要
运用录像分析法、实地观察法和教学实验法,对散打侧踹腿的具体教学方法及其在比赛中的运用情况进行了研究,旨在为散打侧踹腿的教学、训练和比赛提供一定的现实参考;研究认为:侧踹腿具备攻防兼备、连接动作等功能,是散打比赛的主要得分动作之一;采用阶段针对性训练、提高反应能力是提高侧踹腿教学效益、取得优异比赛成绩的重要方法。
Using the methods of video recording analysis, inspection on the spot and the teaching, this paper studies on the teaching and utilization in the competition on sidekick in Sanda, which purpose is to provide certain reference for teaching, training and competition of sidekick. The research shows that sidekick has the function of the attack and defense, and connection movement, which is one of main score points. It is an important method of using the stage pointed training and sharpening the reaction capacity to trample sidekick teaching benefit and obtain the outstanding competition result.
