摘要
针对湖北省普通高校游泳教学现状,进行了蛙泳八学时、四步子程序化教学的实践研究,并对其教学基本思想和具体实施过程进行了简述。同时提出若干种教学策略,精选练习方法,促使学生迅速而有效地掌握蛙泳技术与技能,提高了体育学习的实效性。
Based on current situation of swimming instruction at regular universities in Hubei province, a practical research which has four steps programmed instruction about breast stroke （eight hours） is under way. This research also gives a sketch of fundamental idea and concrete operative process of breast stroke instruction. In the mean time, it brings on divers instructional strategies, selects practice methods in order to prompt students to have a grasp of breast stroke skills and to raise the actual effects of physical education.
