摘要
通过调查和文献资料研究,发现师范实习生教学监控特点表现为:一是课前有计划性与准备性,但对学生的认识与了解不充分,缺乏预见性。二是在课堂教学中有一定的意识性、执行性与方法性,但对学生关注不够,启发、引导不够。三是课堂教学后主动获取反馈信息、及时总结,能够采取补救措施,但总结不够全面,对一些问题如何解决无能为力。职前教师教育对师范生教学能力的培养目标、方法要考虑其教学能力发展特点。
Through investigation and the study of the related literatures, the writer of this paper finds that the characteristics of practice teachers are embodied in the following aspects. Firstly, they are prepared and have plans for the class, but they lack the knowledge abe it the students. Secondly, they are conscious of the class teaching, but do not pay enough attention to the students. Thirdly, they are active in acquiring feedback information from the students and giving remedy to deficiency but they are unable to solve some of the problems they encounter. In pre-occupational education of teaching ability among students of teachers' university, it is necessary to take into account the characteristics of the development of teaching ability.
