高模量PAN基炭纤维的表面研究

摘要 采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对热处理温度为2400-3000℃的聚丙烯腈基炭纤维(PAN-CFs)的表面元素组成、相对含量以及表面官能团的类型进行了表征.结果表明,热处理温度在2400℃以上,炭纤维表面只存在—C—C—结构和羟基、醚键等结构.随着热处理温度的升高,PAN-CFs表面C元素的含量不断上升,—C—C—结构含量不断增加,而羟基、醚键等结构的含量不断下降,表面活性降低. The surface elemental composition, the contents of the surface elemental composition, the types of surface functional groups of PAN-based carbon fibers was studied by means of XPS. Results shows that there are -C-C- structure, hyudroxyl group, ether link in the surface of PAN-based carbon fibers whose heat treatment temperature over-run 2400 ℃. With the increasing of heat treatment temperature,the contents of carbon element of the carbon fiber surface increases, the contents of -C-C structure of the carbon fiber surface increases, the contents of hyudroxyl group and ether link of the carbon fiber surface decrease, the surface activity decreases.
