摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对深圳市高校体育科研的现状特征进行综合论述,研究结果表明:年龄结构、职称结构、学历结构趋于优化;稳定的体育科研作者群已初步形成,但科研骨干队伍相对薄弱;论文类型涵盖所有学科,但各学科发展极不均衡;不同层次高校在承担课题和获得科研奖励上具有明显的集中性和不均衡性;评职称是几乎所有教师进行体育科研的首要目的,教师科研认识与科研态度形成较大反差。
With methods of literature review, questionnaire and statistics, this article makes an analysis of scientific search on physical education in universities of Shenzhen. It is found that age structure, academic titles,educational background of the academic group have been greatly improved, and steady authors groups of scientific research on physical education have been established. Issues such as a weak research team,unbalanced research on different subjects, disproportion of research projects and awards, and attitudes toward scientific research are also dealt with.
