摘要
双离合器变速器(DCT)车辆在换挡过程中采用2套离合器协同工作,一套离合器逐渐分离,另一套离合器逐渐接合,通过合适的换挡重叠控制实现发动机转速平稳变化。DCT车辆数学模型显示,要获得最小的燃油消耗,必须在最佳燃油经济性换挡点进行换挡操作。最佳燃油积极性换挡点可以通过相邻档位的单位时间汽车燃油消耗曲线方程求取。仿真结果显示,实行最佳燃油积极性换挡的DCT车辆比同型的MT车辆减少约10%的燃油消耗,与实际实验结果基本符合。
There are two clutches in DCT vehicles. During shifting, one clutch disconnects gradually, and the other clutch connects gradually. The appropriate control of shift overlap time can make the engine speed varies smoothly. The mathematical model of DCT vehicle shows that the lowest fuel consumption can be obtained through shifting the DCT when the optimal shift point appears. The optimal shift point can be calculated with the curve equation of two neighboring shift for fuel consumption in a time unit. The simulation result shows the fuel consumption of DCT vehicle is 10% less than the fuel consumption of the same MT vehicle. Besides, the simulation result is close to actual experiment result.
