摘要
目的探讨出入境人员肺结核传染性的正确判定。方法根据多年临床和健康体检工作的体会,对出入境人员肺结核传染性正确判定和影响判定的因素进行分析。结果痰菌阳性并X线显示活动性肺结核征象者具有传染性;痰菌阴性而X线显示活动性肺结核征象者不能轻易排除具有传染性的可能。病程的复杂性、复查的难度和技术方面的原因是影响正确判断肺结核传染性的因素。结论肺结核传染性判定是一项技术性较强的工作,应综合多方面因素加以判断,以避免误诊和漏诊,保证判断的正确性。
Objective To probe into accurate judgment of pulmonary tuberculosis infection among entry-exit persons. Methods According to the years of clinical working experience, analyze the correct judgment of pulmonary tuberculosis infection and influence factors of judgment. Results It is infective if Spit positive with X-ray showing symptoms of active pulmonary tuberculosis. But it can not dismissed from infective possibility if spit negative and that active pulmonary tuberculosis by X-ray showing symptoms of active pulmonary tuberculosis. The complexity of the disease course, the difficulty of retest and technical problem are factors of influencing the correct judgment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion The judgment of pulmonary tuberculosis infection is a technical work. In order to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, we should synthesize the factors in many aspects to promise the accuracy of judgment.
