摘要
目的:通过对mmp-2和nm23在HBsAg阳性与HBsAg阴性肝癌中表达及差异的研究,进一步了解HBx蛋白在肝癌侵袭与转移中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化方法,检测56例肝癌样本中mmp-2和nm23的表达水平,其中HBsAg阳性肝癌36例、HBsAg阴性肝癌20例,并结合肿瘤的侵袭转移能力、Edmondson分级进行分析。结果:56例组织中nm23和mmp-2阳性表达率分别为32.15%(18/56)、62.50%(35/56)。nm23和mmp-2阳性表达强度与肿瘤的分化程度、侵袭转移能力密切相关;HBsAg阳性组nm23的阳性率低于HB-sAg阴性组。HBsAg阳性组mmp-2的阳性率高于HBsAg阴性组(P<0.05)。结论:mmp-2和nm23的表达水平能反映肝癌的分化程度和侵袭转移能力;mmp-2、nm23在HBV感染型肝癌和非感染型肝癌中表达差异,有助于进一步了解肝癌的转移机制。
Objective:To investigate the expression of nm23 and romp -2, between HBsAg positive and HBsAg negative hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression level of 56 nm23 and mmp -2 in HBsAg positive and HBsAg negative specimens of HCC. Results: nm23 and mmp -2 expression rates were 32.15% (18/56) and 62.50% (35/56) in 56 samples. The expression of nm23 and mmp -2 in HCC associated with different Edmondson grade and metastasis potential of tumor; The positive expression rates of nm23 in HBsAg positive HCC were statistically lower and higher resectively than in HBsAG negative HCC (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The expression of nm23 and mmp - 2 in HCC may reflect the different Edmondson degree and metastasis potential of HCC. There was a significant difference in the nm23 and mmp - 2 expression rate between HBV positive and negative hepatocellular carcinoma.
