摘要
以2,6-二氯苯酚和氯化苄为原料,氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液作为反应体系,合成2,6-二氯苯基苄基醚。考察了原料摩尔比、氢氧化钾与2,6-二氯苯酚摩尔比、溶剂用量、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在2,6-二氯苯酚与氢氧化钾的摩尔比为1∶1.1、2,6-二氯苯酚与氯化苄的摩尔比为1∶1.2、甲醇的用量为60mL(以0.1mol 2,6-二氯苯酚计)、反应时间为4h、反应温度为70℃条件下,2,6-二氯苯基苄基醚产品收率达83.55%,产品熔点44℃,纯度达98.5%。
2,6 - Dichlorophenyl benzyl ether was synthesized using 2,6 - dichlorophenol and benzyl chloride as raw materials in KOH/CH30H solution. The effects of molar ratio of 2,6- dichlorophenol to benzyl chloride, molar ratio of 2,6 - dichlorophenol to alkali, dosage of solvent and reaction time on the yield of product were examined. The result showed that the yield and purity of the product were 83.6% and 97.5% respectively under optimum conditions as follows: n(2,6- dichlorophenol) : n(KOH) = 1:1.1, n(2,6 - dichlorophenol) : n (benzyl chloride) = 1:1.2, dosage of CH30H as solvent 60 mL(based on 0.1 mol 2,6- dichlorophenol), reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 4 hours. The melt point of product was 44 ℃.
