摘要 采用潜在酸FA与H3PO4、HCl复配,通过正交试验确定最佳复配方案。对缓速酸的评价结果表明,该方案酸化效果良好,岩心流动试验表明具有较好的缓速性能。缓冲酸中形成缓冲体系能使pH值在一定时间内保持较低水平(反应12h后残酸的pH仍小于2);同时酸液中所含有机酸及所加的铁离子稳定剂对Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+等多价金属离子有较强络合能力,阻止了二次沉淀物的产生,减少了对地层的伤害;缓速酸腐蚀试验中缓速酸对N-80钢试片的腐蚀速率只有0.35g/(m2·h),远远低于行业标准。 The new deep retarded acid was prepared drochloride. The optimum formulation was determined by compounding potential acid FA, phosphoric acid and hyby orthogonal test. The evaluation of the retarded acid showed that it had good acidification and the core flow simulation test showed that it had good performance in redardingFormation of pH buffer system in the retarded acid kept the pH at the low level for certain time(pH of residual acid was under 2 after 12 hour reaction). The organic acid contained in the retarded acid and the iron ion added as the stabilizer had good complexing capacity for muhivalent metal ions such as Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , Fe^3+ to prevent the formation of secondary precipitation, and to decrease the damage of formation. The retarded acid had the corrosion rate of 0.35 g/(m^2· h) for N - 80 steel specimens in corrosion test, which was much lower than industrial standard.
