摘要
结合工作实践,对施工企业如何提高按"工程量清单"投标报价的能力、尽快建立企业定额、认真进行投标报价、运用投标技巧、提高中标率等提出一些建议。
Combined with practice, some proposals for construction enterprise about how to enhance the ability of quotation and entering a bit according to bills of quantities , set up norm of enterprise rapidly, enter a bit seriously , apply the bit skill and improve the hit bit rate were put forward in this paper.
