摘要
对民机机翼蒙皮对接结构进行使用环境下的疲劳分析。根据结构典型使用情况,采用细节模拟试件实验室加速腐蚀试验测定细节疲劳额定值(detail fatigue rating,DFR)地面停放腐蚀影响系数和空中腐蚀疲劳影响系数;采用腐蚀条件下的DFR方法对结构进行疲劳分析,得到疲劳裕度。在此过程中建立处理实际结构复杂使用环境的方法及由细节模拟试件试验得到的DFR腐蚀影响系数确定结构使用环境的DFR腐蚀影响系数的方法。采用机翼蒙皮对接部位模拟试件,设计完成指定使用情况所对应的预腐蚀—腐蚀疲劳交替验证试验,试验结果与分析结果基本一致,该使用环境下的疲劳分析方法可行。
The fatigue analysis for civil aircraft wing skin butt joint in serving environment was processed. Considering the selected typical serving condition, the detail fatigue rating (DFR) ground-pre-corrosion-influence-factor and air-corrosion-fatigue-influence-factor were determined by detail simulation specimens tests in laboratory accelerated environment. The methods were presented to decompose the complex serving environment and to obtain DFR-corrosion-influence-factors of structural element by the factors gained by typical laboratory environments tests with detail simulation specimens. A corrosion-corrosion fatigue alternated experiment, corresponding to the selected serving condition, with typical wing skin butt joint simulation specimen was designed and conducted. The comparison of the analysis conclusion and the test result shows the validity of the method.
