摘要
文章通过分析中亚里海地区油气地缘格局及主要竞争因素,权衡大国之间的抗衡与制约态势,全方位评估博弈矛盾基内的地缘政治风险。指出面对美国及其盟国的多层次地缘政治封锁,中国应该制定机动灵活的石油地缘政治策略,利用国际合作、经济援助等手段,发挥优势,实现中国在中亚里海地区油气地缘政治"突围",有利于中国油气安全保障及供应多元化的实现。
By means of analyzing the oil and gas geopolitical pattern and the main competitive factors, weighing competitive situation among great power and evaluating geopolitical risks across-the-board in the Central Asia-Caspian Sea region, it is suggested that China should make its strategy toward the Central Asia-Caspian Sea region from a geopolitical view and take some measures to cope with multilevel geopolitical blockade of the US and its allies. Energy diplomacy, financial assistance, utilizing advantages and avoiding conflicts are available for China to achieve energy supply diversification.
