摘要
以加工中心高速主轴系统结构设计和性能分析为重点,在SolidEdge平台基础上开发了高速主轴数字化设计系统,论述了该系统主要模块的功能和开发方法,提出一种建立机床高速主轴系统三维数字化实例库的方法。该专业应用软件对于提高机床高速主轴系统的设计效率和质量有一定的作用。
Emphasizing on structure design and performance analysis of high speed spindle of NC machining center, digital design system of high speed spindle is developed based on SolidEdge, the function and developing methods of the main modules of this system are discussed, one method building 3 D digital case library of high speed spindle system in machine tool is provided. This professional application software has definite effect on improving design efficiency and quality of high speed spindle system in machine tool.
