衍生化HPLC法检测血浆、尿液左卡尼汀及其代谢产物 被引量：2

摘要 用衍生化HPLC法测定血浆和尿液左卡尼汀(LC)、乙酰左卡尼汀(ALC)、丙酰左卡尼汀(PLC)水平。采用Hypersil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈∶乙酸铵(34∶66),流速1 ml/min,检测波长Ex248 nm,Em418 nm。结果显示,血浆和尿液LC、ALC、PLC样品的线性范围、回收率、精密度及稳定性均符合血、尿检测方法学要求。认为本方法检测LC、ALC和PLC血药、尿药浓度灵敏、稳定,结果准确,操作方便。
