摘要
产业技术扩散过程中,有效赶超的发生是有成本条件要求的,这一成本条件与取得新技术的企业特征及其外部运作环境密切相关。相对于特定技术的"入门标准",进入成本的投入对有效赶超的发生具有阀值效应,并且随着产业的技术进化,进入成本的约束结构呈现周期性(或阶段性)特征,从而对有效技术进入产生时间窗口效应。
In the process of industrial technical diffusion, the happening of an effective catching up is required by certain cost prerequisites. These cost prerequisites are closely related to the features and the outer environment of the enterprise while acquiring the new technology. Based on a theoretical research on the innovative costs of entry by the enterprise that is doing the catching up,this paper analyses the costs of entry and the efficacy of costs in the technological catching up of the automobile industry in an attempt to make clear the binding situation of the costs of entry in the technological catching up of the national automobile industry.
