摘要
根据企业培训模式的现状,提出了经验培训模式,作为能力素质模型的必要补充。方案以经验理论为基础,建立经验的考核标准与考核体系,并在此基础上建立完整的理论培训与经验培训的体系,发挥以经验模型为导向的培训优势。最终,文章提出以经验模型为导向的灵活培训模式的关键与可行性分析。
Based on status of present enterprise training model, the article puts forwards the complementation of quality model. Based on the theory of empirical,the article also builds an appraisal standards and assessment system. The purpose is to establish a complete theoretical training and experience, Eventually, it proposed a flexible training model oriented by empirical model with feasibility analysis.
