摘要
概述了淮南矿区生产经营的现状和矿区生产发展的趋势，提出淮南矿区建设高产高效矿井必须以发展采掘机械化为核心，通过对矿井进行优化设计，采取有效措施解决高瓦斯问题，达到优选采煤方法和巷道支护技术，建立高产高效采掘系统，进而建设好高产高效矿井的目的。
A brief account is given of the current state of operation and future development of the Huainan Mining Area, and proposals are made for the mining area that highly productive and efficient mines be constructed by means of focusing efforts on developing mechanized mining operation and establishing a highly productive and efficient mining system through optimizing the mine design, mining method and roadway supporting technology together with effective measures for methane control.
