摘要
目的探讨机械性肠梗阻螺旋CT表现及诊断价值。方法对21例经临床或手术证实的机械性肠梗阻患者的螺旋CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果21例机械性肠梗阻中肠粘连6例,肠扭转1例,肿瘤8例,腹外症1例,粪石1例,肠套叠2例,炎症2例。结论CT对肠梗阻的病因、部位诊断具有重要意义,对临床制订治疗方案有很大帮助。
Objective To investigate the diognostic value of CT in intestinal mechanical obstruction. Methods The CT findings of 21 cases of intestinal mechanical obstruction proved by operation and clinic were reviewed retrospectively. Results In the 21 cases,there were adhesion in 6 cases,vo/vu/us in 1 case,neoplasm in 8 cases,external hernal in 1 case, fecalith in 1 case,intussusception in 2 cases and inflammation in 2 cases. Conclusion The CT is high value in diagnosing the causes and locations in intestinal mechanical obstruction, and to help clinicians to select and design appropriate treatment strategies.
