摘要 目的比较三种粘结材料粘固钛合金桩的根管微渗漏情况。方法选取30颗正畸拔除的单根管下颌前磨牙,随机分为三个实验组和二个对照组。实验组根管预备后,使用三种粘接材料粘固钛合金桩,A组为磷酸锌水门汀,B组为玻璃离子水门汀,C组为树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀。阴性对照组根管预备后树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀粘固钛合金桩,阳性对照组根管预备后不粘桩。建立葡萄糖微渗漏模型,于第1周、2周、3周、4周检测从冠方向根方漏出的葡萄糖量。结果实验第一周A组与B组的渗漏值差异无显著性(P>0.05),C组与A、B组的渗漏值差异有显著性(P<0.05)。自第2周,随着时间的增加,三种不同材料组渗漏值逐渐增大,渗漏值从大到小依次为:A组,B组,C组,三种材料之间渗漏值差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀粘桩后阻止微渗漏的效果优于其它两种材料。 Objective To compare the leakage of Titanium alloy post cemented with three luting cement. Methods Thirty extracted single - rooted premolar teeth were collected and randomly divided into 3 experimental groups ( n = 8) and 2 control groups o The decoronated roots were restored with titanium alloy post and three luting cement. Group A was cemented with Zinc phosphate cement, Group B was cemented with glass ionomer luting cement, GroupC was cemented with Resin -modified glass ionomer luting cement. After post space preparation, negative control group use Resin - modified glass ionomer luting cement to cement post, positive control group was not restored with post. A modified glucose fluid transport model was used to test the glucose leakage after 1,2,3,4 weeks. Results The data indicated that the leakage values varied according to the luting cement used (P 〈 0. 05) . There was significant difference between luting cements and time of testing. The leakage was not significantly different between group A and group B (P 〉 0. 05) . Group C showed less leakage than group A and group B in the frist week (P 〈 0. 05) . From the beginning of the second week, as time increases, gradually increased leakage values. Group A showed more leakage than group B and group C, and the difference between group B and group C was significant (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion The sealing ability of Resin - modified glass ionomer luting cement is better than Zinc phosphate cement and glass ionomer luting cement.
