摘要
根据邯钢现场生产条件,研究了原料中MAC粉配比对其烧结矿性能的影响,并对不同MAC粉配比烧结矿的矿相结构进行了分析。结果表明,MAC粉配比在15%~20%时烧结矿小于5mm粒级水平较低,配比为20%的烧结成品率最高;MAC粉配比小于25%范围内随配比的增加TI+6.3(转鼓强度)升高,在20%~25%之间TI+6.3,变化不大;RDI+3.15指标是制约邯钢烧结矿质量的关键因素;配比为25%的烧结矿具有较好的软化性能。综合考虑认为,邯钢MAC粉配比应在15%~25%范围内选择,配比为20%时最佳,但不宜超过25%。配比为25%和50%的2种烧结矿中铁氧化物均以赤铁矿、磁铁矿为主,粘结相主要以铁酸钙、硅酸二钙和玻璃质为主,但铁酸钙数量不多。
Based on'production conditions at Han Steel, the influence of MAC tines proportion on the sinter properties was studied, and mineral microstructure of sinter with different MAC tines proportion was analyzed. The results showed that the size ratio of sinter less than 5mm was low when MAC tines proportion was 15 % - 20 %, and the yield with 20 % MAC tines was the highest; TI+6.3 raised with the increase of MAC fines proportion ( 〈 25 % ), and there was less change for TI+6.3 with increasing MAC tines proportion from 20 % to 25 % ; RDI+3.15 index was the key factor that restricted the sinter quality at Han Steel; The softening property was better when the ratio of MAC tines was 25 %. In conclusion, the proportion of MAC tines at Han Steel should be chosen from 15 % to 20 %, not greater than 25 %, and the optimal ratio was 20%. For sinter with 25 % and 50 % MAC tines the iron oxides mainly consisted of hematite and magnetite, the bonding phase were mainly dicalcium silicate, glassiness, and a few amount of calcium ferrite.
