摘要
白细胞介素—１（ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ－１，ＩＬ－１）分ＩＬ－１α和ＩＬ－１β两种形式，是免疫细胞和非免疫细胞分泌的多肽，具有广泛的生物学功能，它可以通过自分泌及旁分泌对脑、丘脑下部、垂体、性腺、子宫等的内分泌和功能产生调控作用，从而对生殖产生重要的影响。
Interleukin-1(IL-1) represents two polypeptides,IL-1α and IL-1β,which is produced not only by immunocytes but also by non-immunocytes.IL-1 has wide biological properties.It modulates the endocrine and function of brain,hypothalamo,potuitary,gonad and uterus through an autocrine/ paracrune manner.Therefore ,it has important effects upon reproduction.
