摘要
由于广州现有城市体育设施已经基本满足亚运会的比赛要求,亚运设施规划的核心是如何把这些分布在全市各个社区的体育设施组织起来,因此亚运会的规划就转化为“亚运城市”的规划,转化为落实既定城市规划的突击行动。广州提出在未来五年结合原定“2010年一大变”计划,通过城市近期规划实施打造“亚运城市”的阶段性战略目标:文化广州,岭南古郡;商贸广州,国际都会;活力广州,体育强市;生态广州,山水名城。也就是要进一步增强城市经济活力、提升城市文明、保障城市生态安全、推进国际性城市建设。
Since the existing sports facilities in Gaungzhou have been able to meet the basic demand of the Asian Games, the major task of the Asian Games facilities planning is to organize the sports facilities distributed in different communities of the city. Therefore, the planning for the Asian Games stadium has now turned out to be the planning for an “Asian Games” city, and to implement the established urban planning scheme. Accordingly, the Guangzhou Government has proposed a phased strategic objective, which is to create an “Asian Games” city through the implementation of its short-term urban planning scheme, that is, to carry out its plan of “achieving a big change in 2010” within the recent five years： to be a city with profound culture and ancient history, to be an international metropolitan with prosperous business trading; to be a city with vigor and full of sports talents, to be a famous garden city with excellent ecological environment. That is to say, there is more for us to do to boost the city’s economic development, promote its civilization, safeguard its ecological security, and push the construction of an international city.
