摘要
运用班杜拉(Albert Bandura)的效能理论,结合陇东学院体操课教学现状,对陇东学院2004级学生体操学习中的自我效能进行调查;结果表明,影响体操学习自我效能的主要原因是学习中的成败经验、替代性经验、身体素质、学习方法与情绪、生理状态等.通过对这些原因的分析,提出改善学生学习心理与行为的有效方法.
Via Bandura' s self-efficacy theory, along with the status quo of gymnastics teaching in Longdong University, this paper investigates students' self - efficacy in gymnastics studying. It turns out that the main factors influencing self - efficacy in gymnastics studying are studying experience, of success or failure, substitute experience, physical makings, studying methods, mood, and physical state, etc, . Via analyzing these reasons, it puts forward effective methods to improve students' studying psychology and behavior.
