摘要
根据河北省50多年怎样由丰水省份变为干旱地区、由地下水富省变为超采漏斗区、由洪涝灾害为主变为干旱缺水为主的大量事实,对西部大开发中应当注意的水问题提出了中肯的建议。
On the basis of plenty of facts that more than fifty years how Hebei Province becomes a drought area from an area rich in water, rich underground water becomes a badly funnel, flood disaster becomes drought, the authors put forward some good suggestions for water problem in the western area exploitation.
