摘要
工程车辆轮胎与土壤相互接触作用,对工程车辆性能具有重要影响。应用三重非线性有限元分析方法,利用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS建立轮胎与地面接触三维有限元模型,分析了稳态滚动轮胎在不同胎压、载荷下与土壤接触问题,对比了不同载荷、胎压下轮胎及地面的变形、应力和应变情况。数值计算结果表明,该轮胎/土壤接触有限元模型是合理的。
The tire/soil interaction is very important to the performance of construction vehicle. It applies the theoretical analysis approach of three - hold nonlinear (Geometry/Material/Contact), builds a 3 - D tire/soil interaction FEM model based on ABAQUS/Explicit, studies the stress, strain and deformation of tire and soil under different load and tire pressure conditions. Numerical results show that the tire/soil contact FEM is reasonable.
