摘要
针对一个实际的X-Y精密数控工作台,本文首先简要叙述数控进给控制装置的结构和特点;然后,对整个进给伺服系统进行理论分析,推导建立系统各个线形环节的传递函数,并对该系统在直线和圆弧插补运动时的轮廓误差进行了数学分析,并得出重要的结论。
In view of an actual XY precision CNC table, the paper briefly describes the structure and characteristics of the NC-control device; and then analyzes the entire feed servo system theoretically, and builds the delivery functions for each line font links of system. At the same time, it also analyzes mathematically the outline error during the period of the straight line and the arc runin move, so that the important conclusion has been drawn accordingly.
