摘要
"国家调节说"是中国经济法学中的主流学说,在中国经济法学的发展中,"国家调节说"是中国"大经济法"的主要批判者,"国家调节说"在各个发展时期都显示出自己的特点,这些特点也足以说明了"国家调节说"为什么对社会有这么大的影响力。
“State regulation theory” is mainstream doctrine in China＇ s economic law theories. It is also the main clinician of “Chinese Big Economics Law”. In its various development periods “state regulation theory” shows its own characteristics, which indicate the scientific nature of this theory and the significance to the society.
