摘要
主要研究了钢板的硫酸酸洗时间对搪瓷性能的影响,比较了不同的酸洗时间对搪瓷抗冲击性能、耐盐酸性能和耐柠檬酸性能的影响.依据国标测试了密着性能、耐沸腾盐酸性能与室温柠檬酸性能,借助扫描电镜(SEM)对搪瓷的断面进行表征.实验结果表明:不同的硫酸酸洗时间主要对搪瓷的抗冲击性能有影响,而对搪瓷的耐沸腾盐酸性能和耐柠檬性能几乎没有影响.
The effect of pickling time of sulfuric acid on enamel's properties of adherence strength, hydrochloric acid and citric acid resistance according to GB was investigated. The interface of tested samples was checked by SEM. It was proved that different pickling time had the effect on impact strength, but had hardly influence on hydrochloric acid and citric acid resistance.
