教师专业化成长是一个内涵不断丰富的动态过程,体现了对教师专业水平和社会地位的一种肯定和认可。世界著名教育家、思想家池田大作先生的教师观以终身教育思想贯穿始终,强调教师的终生学习,这种理念与时俱进,对推动教师专业化的成长历程具有重要的现实意义。
The development of teaching professionalism is a mobile process of continually enriching connotation, which marks the confirmation of the teachers' social position and their professional level. Daisaku Ikeda,a world-wide famous educator and thinker,has his educational conception symbolized by lifelong education, which emphasizes teachers' whole-life study and presents the far-reaching realistic significance in improving the development of teaching professionalism.
