摘要
农村商品经济不发达、民主政治不健全、文化教育落后、法制不完善以及传统法律思想与文化的消极影响是农民法律意识现代化的制约因素。实现依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家必须提升农民法律意识,推进农民法律意识现代化。
The underdevelopment of economy of commodity, imperfection of democratic politics, backward of culture and education, fault of legal system, and negative effect of legal thought and culture of tradition are restrictive factors of the modernization of legal consciousness of peasants. To realize administering a country according to law and building up a state of socialist, we should enhance the legal consciousness of peasant and push on the modernization of the legal consciousness of peasant.
