摘要
分析了高校图书馆员不良心理状态形成的原因,提出了调整馆员心理,调动其工作积极性、创造性,提高图书馆服务质量的措施。
This paper analyzes the reasons why the unhealthy psychological condition of university librarians is formed, and advances some measures for adjusting librarians＇ psychological condition and maneuvering their work activitY and creativity to improve the service quality of library.
