摘要
几十年来的实践证明,我国足球运动水平整体下降的原因,主要是训练思路与训练方法问题。要想摆脱目前所处的困境,首先要体现公平、公正,创造有利于足球运动发展的生态环境,还足球运动以自由发展的空间;其次要突破传统的理论"框框",仔细研究导致落后的训练大方法和训练小方法,从思路上把握好足球训练工作的整体框架和布局;最后,要真正做到从娃娃抓起,运动训练对于生命运动的不同阶段所产生的效果是不同的,对于足球技艺而言,儿童期最佳。
It is proved for several dozen years that the reason of overall level decline of our football sport is the training idea and method. In order to overcome this situation, we should first create the fair play environment for football development. Secondly, the frame of traditional theory should be breakthrough and the training method causing the backward should be carefully studied. Finally, the early training should be paid attention to, and the effect of different training phase is difference, the childhood stage is the golden time for football skill learning.
