摘要
溢油污染严重威胁海洋环境，建立常规化的卫星遥感监测系统并纳入信息高速公路计划是非常必要的。本文在考察了其它船舶溢油监测方法的基础上，提出了利用卫星遥感监测船舶溢油的可能性及在我国目前国力条件下利用卫星遥感方法实现常规监测的可行性，并探讨了在３Ｓ技术支持下建立常规化的船舶溢油卫星遥感监测系统的若干问题。
Oil spilled pollution have threatened seriously the marine environment.To setting-up the system of Satellite Remote Sensin monitoring for oil spilled and bring it into the plan of information highway are necessary.After studies on the other monitoring methods,the possibility is put forward by using the Satillite Remote Sensing techniques for the monitoring oil spilled from ships under the present condition in our country ,in the meantime,some questions on setting up the system of Satellite Remote Sensing monitoring oil spilled from ships routinely supported by the'3 S'techniques.
