氧化铝负载二氧化钛催化剂的制备与光催化降解COD性能试验 被引量:5

摘要 以氧化铝为载体负载二氧化钛制备光催化剂。采用溶胶-凝胶法,得到氢氧化铝凝胶,于500℃下锻烧;再将氧化铝浸泡于钛酸丁酯的乙醇混合溶液中水解,450℃焙烧得样品。对氧化铝载体及载体表面上二氧化钛的存在形态进行了研究。通过X衍射(XRD)测定、扫描电镜(SEM)测试,显示A12O3以γ型晶体为主。TiO2颗粒在A12O3表面上主要为锐钛矿(Rutile)型,大小介于微米与纳米级之间。 In this article, composite photocatalyst TiO2 - Al2O3 was made, with Al2O3 being the carrier. Adopting sol - gel, Al(OH)3 gelatin obtained, to calcine at 500 ℃,γ - model crystal as the main form of Al2O3 carrier is prepared; Further,Al2O3 that is immerged into the mixed solution hydrolyze, which was mixed by Titanium n - butoxide (TBOT) and pure alcohol, specimen will be given by heating at 450 ℃. We research into existing state of TiO2 in surface of carrier, as well as Al2O3 carrier. According to measurement of XRD and SEM, they demonstrate γ- model crystal as the main form of Al2O3. TiO2 grains which load in face of Al2O3 are Ruffle type, size between micron and nano.
